My name is Joshua Niewinski, I am a United States Marine Veteran, National Strength and Conditioning Association - Certified Personal Trainer, Clemson MBA Graduate, former Collegiate Athlete, CrossFit Level II Trainer, and worked in healthcare for several years.

 

As a United States Marine, I was responsible for leading my team’s physical fitness—even in challenging environments like Afghanistan, where we had little to no equipment. This experience forced me to become creative, designing workouts that were effective regardless of the situation. Now, I bring that same level of ingenuity and adaptability to your fitness plan, ensuring that no matter your goal or available resources, we’ll create a workout that gets results. Whatever your fitness level, I’m prepared to help you succeed in any situation


During my years as a group fitness instructor, I’ve sharpened my ability to spot and correct technique flaws and programming issues quickly and effectively.
